When I was thinking about which brand to choose I wanted to pick a brand that not many people would chose. Because I feel that you could become too pressured and stressed out if a lot of people do the same and you see what they are doing and may compare it with what you wanted to do.
My initial first choice was Givenchy but after talking to friends and classmates they said they are also doing Givenchy so that's why I was put off Givenchy first. Even though I knew that Givenchy would give me great freedom when it would come to my designs. So then I thought I would go with Shiseido but after doing some research on the brand I decided not to. Personally for me it was hard to come up with any design ideas for the brands S/S collection as Shiseido hasn't got a clothes collection like many of the others do. For me it is easier to come up with ideas after seeing the clothes collection and the makeup collection. After considering other brands as well I went back to Givenchy. I am quite excited to develop my designs when it come to the makeup but at the moment I am still a bit "afraid" when it comes to the styling for my final shoots. But then again I still have some time to figure that out.
